Wood-smoked pulled pork or brisket piled onto a sandwich and ready for BBQ sauce, napkins and whatever happens next.
Smash Burger
Cheese, grilled onions, and a toasted bun make our customers come back again and again for this cult favorite. Available in a single or double, our smash burger started as a way to use up our extra brisket trim and today is has become one of our best sellers.
Brisket Chili Loaded Tots
Tallow-fried tots piled high with our house brisket chili, sprinkled with cheese and finished with sour cream and pickled favorites.
Brisket Chili Dog
A classic hot dog gets the Barbacoa Boyz treatment with a generous helping of brisket chili and shredded cheese.
