Jay “Smoke” Austin
Dedicated to his craft, Jay “Smoke” Austin is passionate about good barbecue done right. Smoking one brisket, shoulder, or rack, can be challenging enough. Add the variables of 50+ for a big party or catering event and you need a true pitmaster. Ask anyone he’s fed and they’ll tell you Jay’s is some of the best BBQ in Florida, or anywhere for that matter. Good barbecue is a labor of love and Jay loves nothing more than good barbecue.
