The Barbacoa Boyz at Largo Lunch Rush – November 12
Largo, we're coming back for lunch! 🔥
The Barbacoa Boyz food truck returns to Largo Lunch Rush on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 11 AM–2 PM, bringing our wood-smoked BBQ to Horizon West Bay, right outside Largo City Hall.
Taking a lunch break? Working nearby? Or just looking for a good excuse to get out of the office? Come find us for some seriously good BBQ.
We'll be serving up our favorites, including slow-smoked brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, our cult-favorite Smashburger, crispy tallow tots, loaded mac & cheese, and more.
Largo Lunch Rush brings a rotating lineup of local food trucks to downtown Largo, making it a great spot to grab lunch, meet up with coworkers, and enjoy some fresh air.
Whether you've got a full lunch hour or just enough time to grab a sandwich, we'd love to see you!
